PARTICIPANT CARDS (PER PERSON)

Participant Card A:
Services: Eight meals (breakfast on Saturday until lunch on Monday), accommodation (Friday until Monday) in classrooms (subject to availability) or gyms and shuttle service
Fee: 180 €

Participant Card B:
Services: Accommodation (Friday until Monday) in classrooms (subject to availability) or gyms and shutlle service
Fee: 80 €

DEPOSITS

Game operation deposit
For the game operation we charge a deposit of 50 € (U8-U18) or 100 € (U22-Sen) per registered team, which must be paid 4 weeks in advance to the tournament. If the team realizes all its games & courts, the deposit will be returned after the tournament vwithin 4 weeks.

Accommodation deposit (for all teams with participant cards)
We charge a security deposit of 50 € per registered team for the accommodation. This deposit must be paid in cash at check-in and will be refunded at check-out by the caretaker or the property guard.

If you have booked teams with participant cards (i.e., overnight stays), you must add the corresponding number of guest passes for at least 6 people within 14 days after your registration in the login area. Only then can we process your registration and confirm it after receipt of the team fees & game operation deposit. Smaller changes can be made later in consultation with us and must be approved up to 4 weeks before the tournament.
