#1 - I have forgotten my password - what can I do?
For the 2025 tournament, we are using the Cup Manager for the first time to manage all registrations, registration data from our old registration program has not been transferred!
If you already have a login from other tournaments that use the Cup Manager, you can also use it to register with us. If this is not the case, please register once.
If you forget your password later, you can reset it by entering your e-mail address.
#2 - When do I have to pay the first fees?
The team fees and the match deposit(s) must be paid immediately after registration.
The later you pay, the higher the probability that your registration will only end up on the waiting list.
Please remember that payment is made in two blocks. You do not have to pay the entire fee immediately. Payment of the participant card can still wait.
#3 - What happens if I don't pay the team fees?
In short: Nothing.
As long as we have not received the team fees & match deposit(s), we will not process your registration any further.
We may ask you again if there are stillspots available in your desired age group. But in principle we will not accept a registration without paid fees.
#4 - I have seen that my desired age group is full or that no more guest tickets can be booked. If I register now, do I still have to pay the team fees?
In principle, yes: We will not consider a registration without paid team fees - even if there are still spots available.
However, in this special case we would ask you to contact us beforehand. We can tell you how long the waiting list is or whether we still expect spots to be available. We will then also determine whether team fees are payable.
#5 - Can I take part once I have paid the team fees and received your pre-confirmation?
In principle, yes! Our final confirmation depends on your payment of the remaining fees, if any are still outstanding. But you know that it will come when you pay the rest.
So it's up to you: as soon as you have paid the rest, you will automatically receive the final confirmation from us. However, you will lose your spot if you do not pay the remaining fees.
#6 - Can I pay the full amount right away?
Yes, you can.
However, we would like to point out that paying in full does not directly increase your chances of participating, as there are a number of other factors involved.
#7 - By when do I have to pay the remaining fees?
The remaining fees must be received in our account by the latest payment date stated in our invitation and/or confirmation email. Please remember that late payment will automatically put you on the waiting list.
#8 - What happens if I do not pay the remaining fees?
Once the payment deadline has passed, we will automatically move your registration to the waiting list unless you have agreed otherwise with us regarding payment.
#9 - Can I book my travel arrangements after paying the team fees and receiving the pre-confirmation?
Yes, of course. That's the advantage of this system: after the pre-confirmation you can be sure that you will participate once you have paid the remaining fees.
Therefore, as already mentioned, it only depends on you when you receive the final confirmation. All you have to do is transfer the rest before the end of the payment period.
#10 - Why am I still on the waiting list after paying my team fees, even though there should be enough spots available?
As we only have limited capacity, we unfortunately sometimes have to move teams that have already paid their team fees & match deposit to the waiting list.
Teams without a participant card will usually end up on the waiting list first because we fill the age groups with teams with participant cards first.
However, we will endeavor to keep the waiting lists as short as possible.
#11 - Why do I lose a pre-confirmed spot if I don't pay the remaining fees?
Registration is only complete when all fees have been paid. For pre-confirmation, it is sufficient to pay the team fees & match deposit(s). You then have until the payment date stated in the invitation to pay the remaining fees.
However, the registration is not finally confirmed at this point, i.e. if you miss the payment deadline, we will automatically move you to the waiting list.
#12 - How do you select teams that are on the waiting list?
There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Basically, however, you can say what increases the chances of being high up on the waiting list (the order is random ;)):
- Teams with guest tickets
- Registrations with many teams and many participant cards
- Youth teams
- Registrations that have been paid on time
Points that are in contrast to those mentioned above therefore increase the risk of slipping far down the list.
#13 - Will you refund the fees if you reject my registration?
Yes, as soon as we have to reject a registration, we will refund all payments made to us.
#14 - Do you refund the fees if I have to cancel my registration?
We will generally refund all guest ticket monies if you cancel your registration.
Team fees & match deposit(s) will only be refunded if you cancel by the final payment deadline stated in the invitation and/or confirmation email. If you cancel after this date, the team fee will be forfeited without replacement.
#15 - Do I really have to transfer the fees or can I pay in another way?
In principle, we ask that all fees be paid by bank transfer.
In exceptional cases, a different payment method can be agreed with us.
Please note that small changes to the participant cards that occur in the last two weeks before the tournament will no longer be settled by bank transfer, but by payment when checking in for the tournament.
#16 - Divisions fully booked, what does that mean?
If you see a note in the registration form that a Division you want is fully booked, then we have more registrations for this Division than our current planning allows for.
We will check our planning on the registration deadline and may make changes to the individual Divisions: If a Division does not reach our planning, then additional spots may become available in another Division.
You can still register and we will put your registration on the waiting list for the time being. If you are unsure, please contact us before registering!

#17 - participant cards fully booked, what does that mean?
If you see the note on the registration form that the participant cards are fully booked, then we have as many registrations for our accommodation as we can accommodate.
Unfortunately, there is little we can do in this case, as the accommodation is limited and there is no reserve capacity.
You can still register, but you will be put on the waiting list with the complete registration, even if there are still places available in the Division. We would contact you as soon as teams with reserved accommodation cancel. If you are unsure, please contact us before registering!
