Participant cards (per person)
Participant cards can only be purchased at the tournament office. Lost participant cards will be replaced against a pro rata reimbursement of costs.
Participant card A:
Services: Eight meals (breakfast on Saturday to lunch on Monday), accommodation (Friday to Monday) in school classes (subject to availability) or halls and use of the shuttle service
Cost: 185 €
Participant card B:
Services: Accommodation (Friday to Monday) in school classes (subject to availability) or halls and use of the shuttle service
Cost: 85 €
Deposits
Match operations
We charge a deposit of €50 (U12-U18) or €100 (U20-Sen/O35) per registered team, which must be transferred in advance with the registration fee. If the team participates in all of its games and matches, the deposit will be refunded after the tournament.
Accommodation
We charge a deposit of 50 € per registered team for accommodation. This deposit must be paid in cash at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out by the janitor or the accommodation guard.
Protest
Protest fee
50 € - the fee will only be refunded if the protest is upheld.
